Job summary

Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce is seeking a Membership Development Assistant in Riverside, CA. You will identify potential members, generate and qualify leads, and coordinate outreach activities to grow our member base.

You will support the Senior Membership & Advertising Specialist, maintain CRM records, and help hit outreach and appointment-setting goals while representing the chamber at events and activities.

Qualifications

• Identify potential Chamber members by phone, email, and directories.
• Qualify leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Meet performance goals for lead generation and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Cold call and contact potential customers to identify potential members.
• Conduct outreach to prospective members by phone and email to qualify leads.
• Schedule and confirm meetings for senior staff and provide relevant info before appointments.
• Maintain prospect records in ChamberWare CRM with up-to-date details.
