Job summary

The Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce seeks a proactive Member Outreach and Development professional in Castle Rock, CO to identify and engage potential new members, assist with onboarding, and guide them through joining the Chamber.

You will build lasting relationships, attract sponsors, support member events, and connect members with partners to grow professional networks, while communicating Chamber programs to strengthen community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a high level of engagement, empathy, problem-solving, and communication with internal and external partners.
• Flexibility to adjust to short-term changes quickly and calmly to handle unexpected problems.
• Business development to form and nurture long-term partnerships leading to growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential new members through visits, outreach, and onboarding with the Chamber CRM.
• Build and cultivate relationships to drive growth of the member services department and sponsorships.
• Enhance retention by proactive outreach via calls, meetings, and on-site visits.
