Qualifications

• Experience owning a business or leading a territory with accountability.
• Proven ability to cold call face-to-face and build rapport with small business owners.
• Fast learner who can master a structured sales model.
• Desire to grow the NFIB Voice of Small Business and defend member interests.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: meet small business owners with in-person cold calls.
• Deliver NFIB presentation using a proven 5-minute script.
• Close deals by enrolling new members and processing payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
