NFIB in New Jersey seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to champion small business interests and drive membership growth. This is a field-based role that combines servant-leadership with high-stakes closing.

You'll receive paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus plan. The successful candidate will blend entrepreneurship with relational grit to expand NFIB's voice across communities and markets.

Qualifications

• Owned a business, run a department, or managed a territory.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven sales model.
• Willingness to grow NFIB membership across communities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5-minute vocal sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
