Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to drive member growth through in-person engagements with small business owners in Terre Haute and surrounding areas.

You will rely on a proven, structured sales model, deliver our brief presentation, and close memberships on the spot. This hunter/closer role features uncapped commissions, paid training, full benefits, and a self-directed field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB presentation: Master and deliver a concise success-proven sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
