Job summary

Invited, a leading operator of private clubs, is seeking a Membership Manager to oversee membership operations and support the Membership Director in achieving the club’s membership sales goals. This role manages the membership sales process, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and guiding the Membership Coordinator.

The Membership Manager actively engages with current and prospective members to promote value, assist with upgrades, and ensure a high level of member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, PR, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or membership experience in hospitality or private club.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes membership sales strategies to attract and retain members.
• Engage prospective members to assess needs and present tailored options.
• Lead membership upgrades and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and members in the CRM.
• Represent the club at events and community initiatives to promote membership growth.
