Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Membership Sales & Relations Director to drive membership growth, retention, and satisfaction across our private clubs. You will identify and convert new membership opportunities, foster strong relationships with existing members, and deliver an engaging calendar of experiences that deepen loyalty.

Collaborating with the General Manager, department heads, and the membership team, you will ensure every member feels connected, valued, and excited to belong.

Qualifications

• Membership sales, hospitality, golf or related relationship-driven experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Golf knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a dynamic calendar of member events.
• Lead onboarding activities including orientations and mixers.
• Support resignation outreach and retention efforts.
• Represent the club on member committees and drive improvements.
• Partner with F&B and department leaders to execute events.
• Oversee member communications via newsletters, campaigns, and social media.
• Produce timely reporting on sales performance and membership activity.
