Job summary

Invited, the nation’s largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, invites applications for a Member Experience Manager to develop and execute activities that enhance the overall member experience at the club.

You will help create engaging programs, manage content and communication plans, onboarding for new members, and ensure interactions and events foster a welcoming, vibrant ClubLife community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in hospitality, customer relations, or marketing and communications.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, hospitality management, or recreation.
• Experience in sales, relationship management, food and beverage operations, customer service, membership associations, or fundraising.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make every member and guest feel valued.
• Strong communication across channels and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborative team player with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the membership experience strategic plan, onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts.
• Create and execute engaging programs and events reflecting the club’s offerings and member base.
• Focus on improving member retention through targeted At-Risk Member Interventions and onboarding for new members.
• Communicate effectively with members and employees across channels to highlight club activities.
• Create storytelling and content-driven communications to promote events and the ClubLife experience.
• Balance membership growth goals with qualitative member experience.
