Job summary

Invited is seeking a Member Experience Manager to support the Director Member Experience or General Manager in developing and executing activities that enhance the overall member experience at the club. You will create engaging events, manage content and communications, and ensure interactions contribute to a welcoming community.

The role emphasizes onboarding, programming, storytelling, and maintaining brand standards while balancing membership growth with quality member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, or marketing and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, communications, journalism, public relations, hospitality management, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the membership experience strategic plan, including onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts.
• Create and execute engaging programs and events reflecting the club’s member base.
• Focus on improving member retention through At-Risk Member Intervention and personalized onboarding.
• Communicate effectively with members and employees across channels to highlight club activities.
