Job summary

In-Shape Fitness is seeking a Membership Lead to join our Rocklin club leadership team. You will drive sales, manage the guest experience, and lead a team to deliver exceptional member service while controlling expenses.

You will oversee onboarding, retention efforts, and club operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and staff alike. The role requires flexible hours and strong leadership in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree desired
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals
• Prior supervisory experience in a service industry preferred
• Knowledge of fitness and customer programs is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets with effective strategies and tours
• Identify upsell opportunities for ancillary revenue and personal training where available
• Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and performance
• Lead club operations and ensure member expectations are met
• Support marketing initiatives and drive member engagement
