Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a proactive Member Experience Manager to drive the club’s member journey from welcome to retention. You’ll mentor the personal training team, coordinate onboarding consultations, and partner with the owner to create a vibrant, member-focused environment.

You’ll also build a sales pipeline, participate in community events, give tours, and ensure exceptional service for current and prospective members, in a creative, upbeat setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within a fitness setting is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and connect with people to achieve goals.
• Willingness to call prospects and market the club and memberships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the personal training team and member experience at the club.
• Follow up on sales leads and build a pipeline of prospective new members.
• Participate in community events and promote the club.
• Network to drive recognition and interest in the club.
• Give tours to prospective members and enroll them after the tour.
• Provide good member service and resolve issues as they arise.
• All other duties as assigned.
