YMCA of the USA in Huntsville region seeks a Membership Director to lead all membership operations, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring a welcoming, cause-driven member experience.

Reporting to the VP of Member Experience & Growth, you will lead the membership team, monitor performance, and collaborate with branch and association leaders to drive growth and financial performance while maintaining staff accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible leadership experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all membership operations, sales, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Drive membership growth, financial performance, and staff accountability.
• Lead the membership team and set clear sales and service expectations.
• Collaborate with branch and association leaders to create a welcoming place of belonging.
