Job summary

Helplines Partnership is seeking a role to help grow and retain a diverse membership network. The successful candidate will build relationships with members and prospective partners, promote membership, and contribute to sustainability.

Responsibilities include handling enquiries, researching prospective members and partners, supporting events, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to campaigns and content across channels.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience, clear communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
• Microsoft Office skills and GCSE-level or equivalent English and maths are required; an administrative qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle member enquiries by phone and email, recording correspondence in Airtable.
• Research prospective charitable members, commercial partners and suppliers.
• Support member events, the annual conference and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, improve processes with the super-user group and produce regular statistics.
• Maintain the Membership Knowledge Bank and support membership content for campaigns, social media and the website.
• Contribute to cross-team projects, supplier administration and cover for the Services Executive.
