Job summary

Beaumont People in Sydney is seeking a Membership Manager – Growth & Engagement for a not-for-profit member association. The role leads member acquisition, engagement and retention within a recently launched membership strategy, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will analyse membership data, manage onboarding and campaigns, collaborate with stakeholders and use CRM systems (iMIS experience valued) to enhance member value and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a membership-based organisation.
• Ability to develop strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience using CRM and data to inform decisions, with iMIS preferred.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Commercial, proactive and member-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the membership strategy, tier structure and value proposition.
• Drive acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, support and administration of members.
• Analyse data and performance to inform strategy.
• Deliver targeted campaigns across the member lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance member value.
• Identify process, system and automation improvements.
