Job summary

Montclair State University is seeking a Membership Manager to drive membership growth for NJ PBS through acquisition and renewal campaigns, donor stewardship, and precise database management. The role requires strategic thinking and creative outreach across digital channels and events to expand the member base and strengthen community engagement.

You will manage the CRM, coordinate pledge drives, and report KPIs to leadership, while ensuring accurate gifts processing and timely acknowledgments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in membership or donor relations.
• Proven track record designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow NJ PBS membership program through acquisition and renewal campaigns.
• Manage donor stewardship, gifts, renewals, and acknowledgments.
• Oversee CRM data quality and reporting; coordinate pledge drives with staff.
