Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey is seeking a Membership Specialist to drive growth and engagement in girl and adult membership through recruitment, volunteer management, and community partnerships. You will work with Service Units, manage grants, and ensure delivery of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience across Burlington County and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in sales, outreach, or volunteer management, with strong communication and public speaking

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in sales, community outreach, or volunteer management.
• Experience working with diverse communities and building relationships across sectors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow girl and adult membership in designated territory through recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Recruit, train, and support Service Unit volunteers and managers.
• Manage grants and ensure timely reporting and goal delivery.
• Build partnerships with schools and community organizations to increase visibility.
