Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, promote, and implement membership programs, initiatives, events, and services.
• Supervise and collaborate with Membership team and Guest Services staff.
• Develop relationships with local organizations to grow visibility and membership.
• Oversee membership budget and report on key metrics to leadership.
• Design onboarding and ongoing training for staff and monitor performance.
