Job summary

Parthenon Management Group is seeking a Member Services Manager to support growth and engagement of the client societies. You will manage membership programs, events, and communications, collaborating with the Association Manager and Marketing team to deliver high-quality services.

The role emphasizes metrics, accountability, and leadership in member services, with responsibilities spanning annual meetings, education programs, and ongoing member outreach. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and motivate committee members and volunteers.
• Travel is required to fulfill responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Association Manager to fulfill the mission through society programs, committees, and outreach.
• Monitor membership and committee activities in collaboration with PMG.
• Enhance the society's image with Association Manager and marketing as needed.
• Assist with annual meetings and other committee-related activities.
• Oversee membership benefits, services, and recognition at events, including nominations and reviews.
• Oversee year-round educational and webinar programs.
• Organize committee meetings for membership engagement and prepare official minutes.
• Prepare action-item summaries and follow up with responsible members.
• Maintain membership databases and report on trends and feedback.
