Job summary

Soho House & Co. in Los Angeles seeks a Membership Manager to support the Head of Membership and the site in growing a vibrant member community. You will oversee introductions, onboarding, behavior logging in Salesforce, and day-to-day member management to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and member data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage member introduction calendar; host onboarding and ensure welcome and rules understood.
• Monitor member behaviour and log on Salesforce; flag issues for Head of Membership.
• Support retention, engagement, and communications; draft monthly member outreach emails with Marketing.
• Attend Membership Committee meetings and prepare approval lists.
• Prepare membership applications and provide committee support; schedule meetings.
• Prepare reports on membership performance and feedback.
