Soho House & Co. is seeking a Membership Manager to support the Head of Membership in onboarding, retention, and committee activities across the House.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, CRM data integrity, and proactive member engagement to uphold the community’s standards and values. The candidate will manage introductions, monitor member behaviour, and drive retention initiatives while coordinating with operations and marketing to communicate updates and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and member management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage member introductions, onboarding, and calendars; ensure warm welcomes and policy clarity.
• Monitor member behaviour and log updates in the CRM; escalate issues as needed.
• Support retention initiatives, gather feedback, and coordinate with Marketing for outreach.
• Prepare membership applications and attend Membership Committee meetings with note-taking support.
• Maintain accurate member records and assist in reporting on membership performance.
