Job summary

Soho House Miami Beach seeks a Membership Manager to support the Head of Membership in attracting and retaining members, managing onboarding, behaviour monitoring, retention, and committee activities.

The role is hands-on and administrative, requiring strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to member satisfaction. You will coordinate communications, attend committee meetings, and help ensure smooth membership operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with calendar and records management experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update member records and attendance using Salesforce.
• Attend Membership Committee meetings and provide administrative support to Head of Membership.
• Monitor member behaviour and feedback, escalating issues promptly to the Head of Membership.
• Support retention and engagement initiatives with the team.
• Draft monthly member outreach communications in collaboration with Marketing.
