The McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a proactive, collaborative, and organized Membership Director to drive growth, strengthen relationships with current members, and create meaningful opportunities for local businesses to connect.

This full-time role balances membership growth, retention, and programming, with duties including identifying prospects, conducting outreach, supporting renewals, coordinating events, and engaging members through programs and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or outreach to prospective members.
• Ability to build relationships with businesses and volunteers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective Chamber members.
• Conduct outreach and business visits to potential members.
• Meet with prospects to understand needs and communicate value of membership.
• Support renewals and help members utilize Chamber benefits.
• Coordinate member engagement programs and events.
• Represent the Chamber at community events and partnerships.
