Job summary

Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce in Richmond, VA seeks a Membership Manager to drive growth through new member acquisition, engagement, and strong administrative leadership. The position includes base salary plus monthly sales commissions, mandatory CRM and event participation, and local travel across Chesterfield County with some early/morning events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or membership recruitment.
• Non-profit, association, or Chamber experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and prospect business leads across Chesterfield County and the Metro Richmond area.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual membership recruitment quotas.
• Represent the Chamber at networking functions to build a strong sales pipeline.
