Job summary

The Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeking a reliable Member Services Coordinator to lead membership growth, retention, and daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as liaison to the Membership Committee, manage inquiries, update CRM, and help plan and run our flagship events and monthly gatherings, while collaborating on email marketing and content.

40 hours/week, on-site in Chagrin Falls, OH, with compensation between $45,000 and $50,000 plus benefits;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in membership management, community relations, administrative support, or business development.
• Exceptional writing and verbal skills—you love starting conversations, building genuine relationships, and working alongside volunteer committees.
• High attention to detail, super-organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and guided by a strong sense of integrity.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Constant Contact, and general database or administrative software.

Responsibilities

• Membership growth and retention; liaison to the Membership Committee.
• Manage member inquiries and update CRM records.
• Plan and support flagship events, networking mixers, and monthly gatherings.
• Collaborate on day-to-day email marketing and social media content.
