Responsibilities

• Connects with members to boost engagement.
• Contacts past due members to encourage renewal.
• First point of contact for member questions on membership, benefits, CRM data, events, and inquiries.
• Sends welcome, onboarding and thank-you emails to members.
• Maintains and updates member data in the CRM and on the website.
• Oversees Ambassador Council development, management and outreach for retention.
• Assists with coordination and speaker confirmations for Division Board meetings; sets up rooms, takes notes.
• Supports Chamber events and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a Membership Engagement Coordinator to join our team and elevate our membership. In this role, you will be at the forefront of fostering meaningful relationships with members ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

Responsibilities

• 1. Connects with members for engagement.
• 2. Contacts assigned past due members to ensure membership renewal.
• 3. The primary, initial point of contact for member partners who reach out with questions regarding their membership, member benefits, database information, event registration, and other general inquiries.
• 4. Email welcome, onboarding and thank you communications to members.
• 5. Maintains and updates member account information within the CRM system and website.
• 6. Oversees the development, management and performance for the Chamber's Ambassador Council. A group of member volunteers, who do direct outreach for membership retention, and assists with volunteer staffing opportunities at Chamber events and programs.
• 7. Assists with coordination and speaker confirmations for Division Board meetings and activities. Attends and sets up room for Division Board Meetings, takes notes and cleans up after the meeting.
• 8. Assists with Chamber related events and programs.
• 9. Other duties as assigned.
