El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers with energy, promote the Unlimited Membership, and transform interactions into loyalty and memberships. You will read customers, adjust your approach, and close sales while maintaining a clean, safe site and high service standards.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for South Florida markets.
