Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers with energy and confidence, educate them on the Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into loyalty.

You will close sales without being pushy, resolve issues professionally, and keep the site clean and welcoming. Experience with POS systems and Micrologic is valued, with evenings, weekends, and outdoor work common, plus bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to convert interactions into loyalty
• Able to educate customers on membership programs and close sales
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology, log feedback
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, outdoors in all conditions
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets
