Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in membership sales and customer service.
• A genuine passion for sales, networking, relationship-building, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and build lasting relationships.
• Connect people to programs, opportunities, and experiences at the Y.
• Contribute to membership growth and retention through consultative, listener-first interactions.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to execute membership strategies and events.
• Represent the YMCA at local events and community activities.
