Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a customer-focused team member to drive membership sign-ups, deliver exceptional member service, and support daily club operations. You’ll help customers with inquiries, process purchases, and promote BJ’s loyalty programs, all while upholding club standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition for membership and perks.
• Converts potential members by pitching all membership programs in accordance with company policies.
• Delivers member service and handles inquiries, merchandise returns, and exchanges.
• Maintains club policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Supports BOPIC orders and membership-related tasks.
