Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Membership Sales & Account Manager to grow and maintain organizational memberships. You will respond to inquiries, onboard new accounts, renew memberships, and provide ongoing account support.

You will also manage records and assist with reporting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and proficient with CRM systems and advanced Excel capabilities to drive renewal opportunities and revenue

Qualifications

• 3+ years in membership development, sales, account management, customer service, or nonprofit ops.
• Experience managing renewals and sales opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM or membership databases.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to membership inquiries and communicate benefits to prospective members.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry through onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing members and organizational accounts.
• Manage renewals, track expiration dates, and follow up on renewals.
• Identify opportunities to increase participation and revenue.
• Maintain accurate membership records and update account information.
• Prepare membership reports and track activity and revenue goals.
• Provide administrative support and assist with account updates.
• Support customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
