Qualifications

• Must be skilled at multitasking and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships to deliver extraordinary hospitality experiences.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, payments, and transactions.
