You will handle membership maintenance, educate on programming, and support sales and retention efforts while delivering exceptional hospitality and problem-solving in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Multitask, deliver high quality customer service, perform service recovery, and communicate clearly.
• Able to stand for 4 hours and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Education includes high school completion; hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships with members to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and payments for services.
• Be a key contact for new memberships and retention interactions.
• Resolve issues through problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
