Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is seeking a friendly Membership Associate to greet members and guests, direct them to the right areas, and share details about benefits, programs, and values. The role includes basic membership tasks in our software, processing payments, and maintaining records at the Upper Main Line YMCA site.

You will also conduct facility tours for prospective members, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming, secure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Explain benefits, offerings, and values of YMCA membership.
• Assist with tours for prospective members.
• Process memberships and update contact information in the system; handle payments.
• Maintain accurate cash and receipts and follow opening/closing procedures.
