YMCA of Greater Brandywine is seeking a Membership Associate to greet members and guests, connecting them with programs and resources to help them achieve their goals.

You will provide excellent customer service, guide facility tours for prospective members, and assist in memberships, payments, and program registrations while maintaining security and a welcoming environment at the Upper Main Line YMCA site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass screening tools during entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Articulate benefits, offerings, and values of YMCA membership and programs.
• Perform membership processing, payments, and program registrations in the system.
• Ensure facility security by scanning members and validating memberships.
