Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Membership Support Specialist to enhance member engagement and service. You will be the primary contact for members, manage records, and support front desk, billing inquiries, and new member processing.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries about membership, updating license and roster compliance, processing transfers, terminations, reinstatements, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members and guests in person, by phone, and via the ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate membership records and handle billing inquiries.
• Process new member applications, transfers, terminations, and reinstatements.
• Assist with front desk, events and member onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policy requirements and licensing renewals.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership on membership initiatives.
