Job summary

MDVIP is seeking a Member Services Representative to professionally assist with membership inquiries and service requests from members and MDVIP-affiliated staff. The role requires accurate information delivery and timely follow-up, supported by structured documentation in member records.

You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence, participate in outbound campaigns, and assist with administration including applications and billing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training in customer service or call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and concerns from MDVIP members, physicians, staff, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Support outbound calling campaigns to assist practices and member retention efforts.
• Process new member applications, invoices, cancellations, and reinstatements, documenting activities in the member record.
