Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance, and program information with a hospitality mindset.

You will interact with members and guests, educate them on club offerings, and assist with sales and retention efforts in a fast-paced resort environment. A friendly, outgoing demeanor and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Multitasking, high-quality customer service, service recovery and clear verbal communication are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Education requirements include High School graduate or equivalent; Bachelor's in Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and processing member needs and transactions.
• Serves as a contact for new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
