Job summary

Crunch Fitness is looking for a friendly front desk agent to join our team in Beachwood, OH. You will greet members, check in guests, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment at the front desk.

Responsibilities include generating appointments, giving gym tours, enrolling new members, and staying knowledgeable about memberships and equipment to answer questions. You will maintain records in the club systems and help keep the facility clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
