MOBILE SCHILLINGER CLUB 24 LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver superior customer service to current CLUB4 Fitness members and prospects seeking to join. The role involves greeting members and guests, answering phones, assisting with sign-ups, and guiding tours of the club facility.

Responsibilities include updating member accounts, responding to questions promptly, and maintaining a clean club environment while supporting management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities and respond to inquiries.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE system.
• Assist with new membership sign-ups and tours of the club.
• Update member information as needed and address questions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete daily club cleaning tasks.
