Job summary

Orlando Semoran Club 24 LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver superior member service at CLUB4 Fitness. You will greet members and guests, handle front desk tasks, answer phones, assist with membership sign-ups, and guide tours of the club facility.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and basic computer skills, with CPR/AED certification preferred. You will help maintain cleanliness and support club management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE purchasing system.
• Assist with the new membership sign-up process and tours of the Club facility.
• Update member account information as needed and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the Club and complete daily cleaning tasks.
