Planet Fitness in Colorado Springs is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, drive new member sign-ups, and deliver a superior guest experience at the front desk.

You will handle phone inquiries, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates; maintain a clean, welcoming club; collaborate with the Club Manager and team to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction.

Formación

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist potential members to provide a great experience
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, provide information, take tours
• Assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts
• Facilitate member service issues and forward to the Club Manager/Team Lead as needed
• Help maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness
