Hilton in Coronado, CA is seeking a Director of Membership Experience to lead growth and retention of club memberships and deliver memorable guest experiences. The role centers on shaping Membership plans, events, communications, and strategic market targeting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the process to create Club structure and Club documents, including Membership Plan, Rules and Regulations, Applications and all other necessary documents.
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies
• Maintain Sales Database
• Define local, regional and national target markets for prospective members
• Create and maintain Club collateral
• Review documents, pricing, existing sales and marketing strategies
• Analysis and management of prospective membership demographics, prospects lists and rejection list
• Plan, organize and implement prospective member events
• Create and maintain comprehensive member Club communications coordinate member activities, programs and publication of member newsletter
