Job summary

Wexford Hilton Head seeks an experienced hospitality professional to serve as Member Experience Manager. The role focuses on welcoming, connecting, and personalizing experiences for Members and guests, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Member Services.

Qualifications

• Education in Hospitality or related field; 3 years hospitality experience is a plus.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Member Experience Manager, overseeing onboarding and engagement for new Members.
• Coordinate WexConnect, Wexford Wellness, Member programming, guest speakers, and Realtor engagement.
• Support Member communications, social media, website updates, and event photography.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a consistent Club experience and proactive problem solving.
