Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Director Member Experience to shape and elevate the member journey across our private clubs. You will drive revenue and engagement through a strategic plan, events, and programs while focusing on onboarding, retention, and lifetime value.

Lead a team where applicable and partner with department heads to deliver best-in-class experiences. You will implement a comprehensive communication strategy, continuously refine member experiences, and adapt to evolving member needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, private events, or related fields.
• 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality management, events, business, or marketing/communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy across the club.
• Partner with General Manager and department heads to drive revenue and engagement.
• Use data analytics to monitor engagement trends and retention.
• Oversee member events and programs, ensuring they align with club goals.
• Create a multi-channel communication strategy to inform members and employees.
• Lead onboarding and early tenure programs to improve member satisfaction.
