Job summary

Invited is seeking a Director Member Experience to shape and elevate the overall member journey across our private clubs. You will lead strategies to boost revenue, engagement, and loyalty while aligning with the club’s strategic plan and brand standards.

You will own onboarding to early tenure processes, implement a comprehensive multi-channel communication plan, and oversee events, experiences, and programs that delight members and strengthen retention.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years in hospitality, customer relations, events, or marketing/communications.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy to drive retention and revenue.
• Oversee member events, experiences, and programs across the club.
• Manage onboarding, early tenure, and at-risk member interventions.
• Lead a multi-channel communication strategy to amplify the club narrative.
• Supervise the Member Experience team, budgeting, staffing, and training.
• Collaborate with General Manager and department heads on revenue-driving initiatives.
