Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: Manage outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities to improve the dining experience.
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, conduct evaluations, provide development opportunities, and recognize achievements to retain top performers.
• Drive revenue growth: Implement marketing strategies, up-selling, and promotions to maximize F&B sales.
• Recruit and onboard talent: Lead hiring, interview, and training to maintain service standards.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
