Life Time in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Membership Concierge Leader to guide the Membership Concierge Team, elevate the member experience, and connect in-club departments for seamless operations.

This role partners with the Club General Manager, emphasizes growth and professional development, and provides a path toward a General Manager role. Strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a focus on member retention are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, service recovery, business planning, and sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage processes and budgets.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Regularly participates in Life Time's classes, activities, events and programming.
• Leads in zone by exemplifying service excellence and being a member connectivity specialist.
• Onboard and certify team members - Cast to perfection and certify to exhaustion.
• Provides guidance, help, coaching, and feedback to enhance member engagement.
• Meticulously manages schedules and zone rotations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
