Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Lead Membership Concierge for Life Time Work to deliver premier service, promote Life Time Work to potential members, assist with the buying experience and help achieve acquisition and retention goals.

You will lead the Concierge Team, manage member onboarding, service desk operations, events, and daily space upkeep, while building community and guiding members toward a healthier lifestyle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing members through premiere service.
• Serves members at service desks with an energetic, helpful tone.
• Performs daily walkthroughs to keep areas clean and organized.
• Hosts member events to promote healthy living and community.
• Achieves acquisition and retention goals through proactive outreach.
• Tracks and reports on the Life Time Work location's performance and P&L.
• Facilitates cross-training with Concierge team.
• Communicates feedback from members and team to leadership.
• Delivers new member onboarding.
