Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is seeking a Membership Program Director to lead the branch's membership experiences, staff development, and program quality. This role reports to the District Executive Director and oversees budget control, scheduling, and service delivery in alignment with YMCA philosophy.

The position requires certification readiness (PR/CPR/AED/First Aid), supervisory experience, and strong communication and program development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and supervisory experience in customer service.
• Excellent PC skills and experience with standard business software.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers budgets for the department and meets the budgeted net by year-end.
• Develops and implements marketing for areas of responsibility to boost attendance and registration.
• Recruits, supervises and trains staff to ensure top-notch member experiences.
• Works with volunteers and committees and participates in staff trainings.
