Job summary

The YMCA seeks a Youth and Family Director in Oklahoma City to oversee the overall management and operation of youth and family programs, including Child Watch, Before & After School Care, and Summer Day Camp. This is a full-time salaried exempt position.

Responsibilities include budget development and control, staff and volunteer recruitment and training, program development, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and driving high program quality and participant retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be certified or willing to get certified in CPR, PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management and operation of youth and family programs (Child Watch, Before & After School Care, Summer Day Camp).
• Manages budget development and control; recruits and trains staff and volunteers; develops programs; maintains equipment; enforces safety standards and policies; ensures program quality and participant retention.

Education

Bachelor's degree or supervisory experience

CPR/First Aid & AED certification
